Chairman and CEO
Jack Lin
Jack Lin is a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at VIOLON BIOTECH which is capable of converting large amounts of carbon dioxide into biosphere and creating the investment community. He is an expert on the research of chemical buffer system, specializing in air pollution and carbon dioxide removing.
Previously, Mr. Lin served as Manager for GlaxoSmithKline plc in Taiwan.He also served as General Manager for Multipower Enterprise Corp., which produce infant formula powder in Asia.
Additionally, Mr. Lin serves several years on G-Extension International Enterprise Corp. for developing the technology of capturing and converting carbon dioxide.
Mr. Lin holds both Bachelor and Master of Pharmacy from National Taiwan University.
Frank Ko
Frank Ko is a Board Member and Chief Financial Officer at VIOLON BIOTECH.
Previously, Mr. Ko served as Senior Vice President and IPO consultant for Nosark Mamgement Consulting Co. Ltd.,, guiding companies from a variety of industries into Taiwan’s capital markets. He also served as Senior Manager in Invest Bank Department of KGI (formerly Grand Cathy) Securities Co.Ltd. He was in charge of trading business on Taiwan’s over-the-counter market and emerging stock market over 27 years. He has led profitable trading activities and served investors across investment banking and private equity.
Additionally, Mr. Ko is responsible for privatizing from public to private ownership and control. Before joining KGI (formerly Grand Cathy)
Securities, he served as Assisant Manager of Capital Markets Department in JihSun Securities Co. Ltd. over 8 years.
Mr. Ko holds a Master of Business Administration from Chinese Culture University, Taiwan.
